THE EVOLUTION OF STREETSURFER INTERNATIONAL

The StreetSurfer International story began back in 1998 when bike enthusiast and founding Director, Tony Varrone, came across a rudimentary bicycle prototype with the front wheel replaced by four skateboard wheels.

From here it was all systems go, with a dedicated team of specialists working behind the scenes to develop a unique cycle and suspension system that would deliver an awesome riding experience unlike anything else… and the StreetSurfer was born.

Current Non-Executive Director Tony Usher appointed a number of international distributors to broaden StreetSurfer’s global reach, including rep’s in Europe, America and Asia. The StreetSurfer is now sold in more than 30 countries and is building in momentum as people experience for themselves its awesome ride.

LongBoard

Another exciting product that utilises StreetSurfer International’s suspension technology is currently in prototype phase; LongBoard by StreetSurfer. With a 41” deck, unique wheel system, transparent deck and custom made trucks that enable incredible manoeuvrability, flexibility and control, the LongBoard experience is all about cruising and carving. Technology

The extensive R&D program behind the development of the StreetSurfer resulted in an amazing, precision engineered product that features unique rheopectic impact absorption and suspension qualities. Check out our R.I.A.S. profile for more detailed information, but basically this superior suspension system delivers higher efficiency and is more effective than traditional suspension technology. With global patents now in place for the suspension system, the intellectual property behind this technology has become the core business of StreetSurfer International.
